Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Absolute GIS, LLC ("Absolute GIS," "we," "us"), which operates the ProximityIntel platform and website (the "Service"), collects, uses, and shares information about you. ProximityIntel is operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. business users. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. When you create an account or join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and similar contact details. Account creation and sign-in are handled through our authentication provider, Clerk.
- Billing information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment-card numbers; Stripe handles card data directly. We may receive limited billing details such as your subscription status and the last four digits of your card.
- Usage information. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as searches, features used, log data, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Information you provide. Information you submit through forms, the address checker, capability profiles, or when you contact us.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, and understand usage.
Note: business and contracting data presented within the Service (for example, federal entity and award records) is sourced from government and third-party sources and is not collected from you.

3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us, such as authentication (Clerk), payment processing (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure (including Google Cloud and Firebase), mapping, and email delivery — each only as needed to provide their service.

- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your direction. When you ask us to share information or otherwise consent.

7. Your choices and rights
You may update your account information or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@proximityintel.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable laws — for example, residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom (under the GDPR) may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of their personal information, and to object to certain processing. To the extent such laws apply to you, we will honor those rights as required. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
