Seeing your phone's notes and cards on the laptop

It is one account. What you capture on the floor shows up on the laptop on its own.

Notes and cards from the phone appear on an open laptop floor within about a minute, and immediately when you click back into the window.

If something is missing, reload the page once. If it is still missing, check that both devices are signed in to the same account: the email is shown under your initials on the phone and under your picture on the laptop.
