Phone or laptop: which to use for what
One account, two tools. The phone is for the floor and the field; the laptop is the full workspace.
The phone is best for
- Walking a conference floor with your ranked list in hand.
- Scanning business cards and saying a note while you are still at the booth.
- A quick look at who is near you.
The laptop adds
- Ask Anything. Plain-English questions answered with sources.
- Team sheets. Turn saved firms into a sheet for a pursuit.
- The relationship network. Who has teamed with whom.
- Area Recon, the HUBZone Validator, address lists, full exports and a wide map.
Everything you save, scan or note on the phone is already there on the laptop, and the other way around.
On the phone, Send the link to my email (on the Saved tab) puts the laptop link in your inbox so it is waiting when you sit down.
