How a conference floor is ranked for you
Every exhibitor is scored against your firm, so you know which booths are worth the walk.
Open Event on the phone or Exhibitor Intel on a laptop and pick a show. Each booth gets a rating and one line saying why.
What moves a booth up
- Past partner. You have worked together. The strongest signal.
- Matches your capabilities. Their contract history or profile lines up with your keywords.
- Near you. An office close to yours.
- Corporate family link, shared vehicles, and who they sub to.
Reading the rating
The dots and the label (Seek out down to Skip) are the verdict. Top 1% tells you where the booth sits against the whole floor.
A low rating is often a data gap, not a bad fit. A small firm with a thin public record cannot score well. If your own floor looks flat, fill in your keywords and past partners and it will re-rank.
Government booths are ranked differently: by the set-asides you hold that they spend on and the NAICS codes you share.
