The Event Pass
$49 once, for one conference. What you get, how long it lasts, and what stays yours.
What it opens
- The full ranked floor for that one event.
- Flags, Met marks, notes and business-card scanning.
- The floor map.
- The floor as a spreadsheet, with no row limit.
It does not add AI smart searches, Teaming or Ask Anything, and it is not a founding seat.
How to buy
- Open the event. On the paywall choose Just this event · $49 Event Pass.
- Pay with a card. You come straight back to the floor.
A limited number of passes go on sale each day. If today's are gone, they open again at midnight Eastern.
How long it lasts
Through 14 days after the last day of the show. You get an email two days before it ends.
What stays yours
When the pass ends the ranked floor locks again. Your notes, contacts, flags and Met marks do not. Open the event and use Your work from this event to download them, any time.
Where the floor comes from
Floors are built from the organizer's published exhibitor list and the same public federal records as the rest of the app. Unless the page says otherwise, ProximityIntel is independent of the conference organizer and not endorsed by them. If you run a conference, or your firm is listed on a floor, and you want an event or a listing removed, write to requests@proximityintel.ai and we will remove it.
