Public federal records, joined and kept current.
- SAM.gov: every registered entity, its NAICS codes and self-reported certifications.
- SBA: certified firms (8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB), capability profiles, and mentor and protege agreements.
- USASpending: prime awards and subcontracts.
- SBIR.gov: SBIR and STTR awards.
- Contract vehicle holder lists, the SBA HUBZone map, and federal facility locations.
On a laptop, the ticker at the top right of the screen shows each source and when it was last refreshed.
When SAM and SBA disagree about a certification, the firm's record flags it. SBA is the authority for the certified programs.
